So let me do some simple math here 1 Billion dollars divided by $4,500 = 222,000 cars taking part in the cash for clunkers program. which means 222,000 cars spewed this kind of pollution out into the atmosphere without the EPA batting an eye....



So what do we do.... Lets let approve another $2 billion so 444,000 cars do some more damage!
